Bismarck: The Story of a Fighter by Emil Ludwig was an enjoyable history of the formation of Germany and Otto Von Bismarck's climb to power. My lack of knowledge in early Prussian/German political and social systems led to some confusing parts during the book however it did not effect the read and it was very enjoyable none the less/5.
